We have negotiated a special Wifi access arrangement for conference participants, available in the vicinity of the conference venue from Monday 16 December to Friday 20 December. Details will be advised at registration.

We will host a Welcome Reception for conference participants on Sunday 6:00 - 8:00 pm, in the Forest Atrium. Canapés and drinks will be available.

On Tuesday 17 December we will make a pilgrimage to Dickson (aka Canberra's "Asia Town") for lunch at one of two Asian restaurants.

A conference event, referred to as a “kangaroo tour”, will be held on the afternoon of Thursday 19 December. Buses will depart from the Pavilion on Northbourne at 2 pm, and will return around (or before) 5 pm.

The conference dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 19 December at Lake George Winery, adjacent to the magnificent part-filled Lake George, Collector, NSW. Buses will depart from the Pavilion on Northbourne at approximately 6 pm, and will return around 11 pm.
